During this Mela, BSNL offers many services including:
- Resolutions to complaints related to billing & additional usage
- Renewal of old disconnected phone services
- New connection requests
- Booking for new services like IPTv, Broadband
BSNL offers installation & registration charges to some services as part of this Mela. Further, customers may be offered with free recharge vouchers
